Immerse yourself in a unique cultural experience. You’ll join local musicians for percussion workshops in Havana culminating in a final performance with your teachers. You’ll practice the iconic rhythms and traditional music of Cubaand gain an insight into Cuban culture.This tour is about great music, colorful art, the aroma of cigars, the roots of rum, rich island history, splendid architecture, and the Cuban people’s lively latin style!
We are so pleased to have Clay Lowder joining us on this tour. Clay has been involved with music his entire life, performing with a myriad of artists and musicians, teaching drums and percussion, working as a songwriter, session player, recording engineer, and band leader in California, New Mexico and now Durango, Colorado.
